Return policy

At Yogatribe we understand that sometimes things don't work out as expected, so we offer a straightforward return policy.

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply send it back to us within 14 days, and we'll refund the cost of the item (minus shipping fees). 

Please ensure that the item is unworn, undamaged, and returned within the given timeframe.

1 year replacement warranty 

Please note that due the composition of the YogaTribe organic mats, there might be some inconsistencies in the texture and small amounts of jute might rub off initially. That is completely normal and expected. However, any imperfections or faults that occur due to manufacturing will be covered under warranty.

Please note that mats with creases from incorrect storage, damage from pets or external elements, or misuse, are not covered under warranty.

COVERED criteria

• Imperfections on the surface of the yoga mat such as divots, excessive pulls in Jute or damage found at time of purchase
• Persistent and excessive residue from mats
• Faulty yoga mats

NOT COVERED criteria

• Patterns that are not even in color or jute
• Creases on the yoga mats from incorrect storage *Tip: mats are best stored flat or rolled up ✍🏽
• Damage from pets *Cats love to use the jute mats as scratching posts. Please, store them in a safe space
• Yoga Mats that have been submerged in water or had harsh chemicals used on them *We advise using our crystal yoga mat cleaning spray, apple cider vinegar spray, or a small amount of diluted dish liquid with a damp cloth.
• Slippage is a subjective criteria and, therefore, not covered
• Yoga Mats damaged by using a vacuum cleaner on them
• Mats are only covered for use in Yoga and similar Yoga Practices
• Damage on the Yoga Mat from external and outdoor elements
